1. 収集する利用者情報

当社が本サービスの提供にあたり取得する利用者情報は以下のとおりです。 （1）アカウント情報 - メールアドレス - 利用者が任意で登録する表示名 - 利用者が任意で設定するアイコン画像 ※本サービスは、必要最小限のアカウント情報のみを取得します。 （2）サービス利用情報 - 利用者が本サービス上で投稿するメッセージ - AI応答（生成内容） - プロジェクト名、ルーム名、スレッド名 - 操作ログおよび機能利用状況 （3）Cookie等の技術情報（最小限） 当社は、セキュリティ確保およびサービス提供に必要な最小限の範囲で、認証・セッション管理を目的とした一時的なCookieまたは類似技術、および利用者設定保持のためのブラウザ内保存領域を利用します。 これらは、広告配信や行動追跡等の目的では利用されません。 （4）アクセスログ（セキュリティ目的） 不正利用防止および障害調査のため、アクセス元IPアドレスおよびブラウザ種別を限定的に記録する場合があります。 （5）請求・契約情報 - テナント作成時に登録されるクレジットカードに関する取引情報 - 契約プラン、利用席数、利用量 ※クレジットカード番号等は当社では保持せず、決済代行会社が管理します。

2. 利用目的

当社は、取得した利用者情報を以下の目的で利用します。 （1）本サービスの提供・運営 - アカウント管理 - メッセージ、AI応答、スレッド情報の保存・表示 - AIによる要約・分析・生成等の提供 - 組織管理および権限管理の実施 （2）サービス品質の維持・改善 - 機能改善のための統計分析 - 障害調査・不具合対応 - 不正利用防止およびセキュリティ対策 ※分析は個人を特定できない形式で実施します。 （3）課金・請求の実施 - 利用量の集計 - 請求処理 - 決済代行会社との連携

3. AI処理に関する取扱い

1. 利用者が入力したデータは、要約、分析、生成等のためにAIが処理します。 2. 利用者データは、AIモデルの再学習目的には利用されません。 3. モデル提供者の方針変更が生じた場合、合理的な期間をもって通知します。

4. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。 - 利用者の同意がある場合 - 法令に基づく場合 - 本サービス運営に必要な範囲で業務委託先に提供する場合 - 人命または財産の保護のため緊急性がある場合 業務委託先に対しては、適切な契約を締結し、安全管理義務を課します。

5. データの保管および国外への移転

（1）保管場所 利用者情報は、原則として日本国内のデータセンターに保管されます。 （2）国外へのデータ移転 本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、利用者情報を日本国外（アメリカ合衆国）に所在する委託先に移転して取り扱う場合があります。 当社は、移転先における個人情報保護制度を確認し、適切な安全管理措置が講じられていることを確認した上で、当該データを取り扱います。

6. データの保持期間および削除

利用者データは、契約期間中および法令に基づく期間を除き、必要最小限の期間保存します。 契約終了時、利用者データは合理的な範囲で速やかに削除されます。 バックアップ領域に残存するデータは、保持期間経過後に自動的に消去され、当社はこれを利用しません。

7. セキュリティ

当社は以下の安全管理措置を講じます。 - アクセス制御および権限管理 - 通信および保存時の暗号化 - 不正アクセス・異常な操作の監視 - 監査ログの記録 - セキュリティ対策の継続的な見直しおよび改善

8. 匿名加工情報および統計情報

当社は、個人を特定できない形式に加工した情報を以下の目的で利用することがあります。 - サービス改善 - 利用傾向分析 - 統計資料の作成

9. 利用者の権利

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following user information in connection with providing the Service: (1) Account Information - Email address - Display name optionally registered by the user - Icon image optionally set by the user * We collect only the minimum account information necessary. (2) Service Usage Information - Messages posted by users on the Service - AI responses (generated content) - Project names, room names, and thread names - Operation logs and feature usage (3) Technical Information via Cookies (Minimal) We use temporary cookies or similar technologies for authentication and session management, as well as browser storage for retaining user settings, only to the minimum extent necessary for security and service provision. These are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking purposes. (4) Access Logs (For Security Purposes) We may record IP addresses and browser types on a limited basis to prevent unauthorized use and investigate issues. (5) Billing and Contract Information - Transaction information related to credit cards registered at tenant creation - Contract plan, number of seats, and usage volume * We do not store credit card numbers; they are managed by our payment processor.

2. Purpose of Use

We use collected user information for the following purposes: (1) Provision and Operation of the Service - Account management - Storage and display of messages, AI responses, and thread information - Provision of AI-powered summarization, analysis, and generation - Organization management and permission control (2) Maintaining and Improving Service Quality - Statistical analysis for feature improvement - Troubleshooting and issue resolution - Prevention of unauthorized use and security measures * Analysis is conducted in a manner that does not identify individuals. (3) Billing and Invoicing - Aggregation of usage - Payment processing - Coordination with payment processors

3. AI Processing

1. Data entered by users is processed by AI for summarization, analysis, generation, and similar purposes. 2. User data is not used for the purpose of retraining AI models. 3. If the model provider's policies change, we will notify users within a reasonable period.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases: - When the user has given consent - When required by law - When provided to contractors to the extent necessary for operating the Service - When there is an urgent need to protect life or property We enter into appropriate agreements with contractors and impose security management obligations on them.

5. Data Storage and International Transfer

(1) Storage Location User information is, in principle, stored in data centers located in Japan. (2) International Data Transfer To the extent necessary for providing the Service, user information may be transferred to and handled by contractors located outside Japan (United States of America). We verify the personal data protection systems at the transfer destinations and confirm that appropriate security measures are in place before handling such data.

6. Data Retention Period and Deletion

User data is retained for the minimum period necessary, except during the contract period and periods required by law. Upon termination of the contract, user data will be promptly deleted within a reasonable scope. Data remaining in backup areas will be automatically deleted after the retention period and will not be used by us.

7. Security

We implement the following security measures: - Access control and permission management - Encryption during transmission and storage - Monitoring for unauthorized access and abnormal operations - Recording of audit logs - Continuous review and improvement of security measures

8. Anonymized and Statistical Information

We may use information processed into a format that cannot identify individuals for the following purposes: - Service improvement - Usage trend analysis - Creation of statistical materials
